		Transplant Program Director Steven Potter, MD, FACS Dr. Steven Potter completed residency training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as well as transplant surgery fellowships at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Minnesota. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and board certified in urology. He is also the regional medical director of the Southwest Transplant Alliance. Dr. Potter has written more than 50 medical papers on topics such as laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, immunosuppression research and urologic oncology. He served as surgical director of kidney transplantation at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego before coming to ETMC in 2008.
		Duane Andrews, MD, FACS Dr. Duane Andrews completed medical schoolat Baylor College of Medicine and went on to an internship and residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Andrews is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Texas Surgical Society.

		Tom Lowery, MD Dr. Tom Lowery completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and his residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Alabama Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Lowery brings vast experience with the practice of nephrology to our team and has been with the program since its inception in 1987.
