Aqua Kids Registration Form and return with your payment. The registration form and payment is required to hold your child's place in class.
Once you have registered your child, please review our
Aqua Kids Policies. These program policies are in place to ensure a safe and fun learning experience for all of our participants. It also includes important information on entering the aquatics area through our locker rooms.
