To be considered for selection as an ETMC Service Hero, a team member must be nominated multiple times through the ETMC WOW! team member recognition system in the previous six months.
Human resources discusses potential award recipients with their managers to identify team members who consistently go above and beyond in displaying the seven service standards of ETMC WOW!
Two recipients (one clinical and one non-clinical) are selected to be honored at the ETMC Service Awards Dinner, which is held twice a year. So that makes a total of four ETMC WOW! Service Hero Award winners annually.
